Terms of Service
Effective October 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dibbel Pro (“Dibbel Pro,” “we,” “us”). They cover your use of the Dibbel Pro software, including the business portal, the admin tools, and the public pages we host for businesses, such as booking, invoice, estimate, payment and chat pages (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, being added to a business's team, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who these Terms cover
Businesses (“Customers”) use Dibbel Pro to run their operations: clients, scheduling, staff, invoicing and payments. Team members are people a Customer invites to its portal. Clients are a Customer's own customers, who may use our public pages to book, pay, approve estimates or chat. A Customer is responsible for its team members' use of the Service. A Client's relationship for the services they buy is with the Customer, not with Dibbel Pro.
2. Accounts and security
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. We strongly recommend two-factor authentication. Owners and admins control who has access to their business and what each role can do. Tell us right away at support@dibbelpro.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to create a business account.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, our billing provider. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Taxes may be added where required.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change your plan, update your card or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If a trial is offered, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it. If it stays unpaid, we may limit or suspend the account until it's settled.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice before increasing the price of an existing subscription.
4. Payments you accept from your clients
Customers can accept card payments through their own Stripe account, connected to Dibbel Pro. Those payments go directly to the Customer's Stripe account and are governed by Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Dibbel Pro does not take a fee from these payments and is not a bank, payment processor or money transmitter. As a Customer, you are responsible for your prices, refunds, chargebacks and disputes, taxes, and getting each client's consent before saving a card or charging a card on file. Card numbers are entered into Stripe's secure fields and never stored by Dibbel Pro.
5. Your data
You own the information you and your team put into the Service, including client records, appointments, invoices, messages and staff records (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to store, process and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use Customer Data, including your clients' and staff's personal information, and for following the laws that apply to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
You can export client lists, timesheets and payroll reports from the Service. If you cancel, you may ask us to delete your business's data. We'll do so within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as billing records) and copies in routine backups, which are overwritten over time.
6. Support access
To help you, Dibbel Pro staff may need to see inside your business's account. Staff can only do this by starting a time-limited support session with a stated reason. Each session is recorded in your business's audit log, and access ends automatically. We use support access only to provide support, keep the Service secure, or meet legal obligations.
7. Messages you send
If you use the Service to contact clients, for example with broadcasts, reminders, invoices or chat, you are responsible for the content and for following the laws that apply. These include laws on marketing messages and consent, such as the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Only contact people who agreed to hear from you, and honor opt-out requests.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law or anyone's rights; upload malware or try to break into the Service or other accounts; get around plan limits or security features; resell or copy the Service without our written permission; send spam; or use the Service to store payment card numbers outside the card fields we provide. We may suspend accounts that put the Service, other Customers or the public at risk.
9. Estimates, payroll and reports
Figures the Service calculates, including revenue reports, timesheets, overtime and payroll estimates, are tools to help you run your business. They are not tax, legal, accounting or payroll advice, and payroll estimates don't include taxes, withholdings or deductions. Please check them, and use a qualified professional or payroll provider before paying staff or filing taxes.
10. Third-party services
The Service works with other companies' services, such as Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we aren't responsible for them. Features that depend on a third party may change if that service changes.
11. Changes and availability
We are constantly improving Dibbel Pro, so features may be added, changed or removed. We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance may briefly limit access. We'll try to give notice of changes that significantly reduce features you pay for.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dibbel Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Dibbel Pro's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Dibbel Pro in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnity
If you are a Customer, you agree to defend and indemnify Dibbel Pro against claims arising from your Customer Data, your dealings with your clients and staff, the messages you send, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, don't pay, or create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment, data, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify account owners in the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
